There are a number of different colleges out there with vastly different academic programs.  How do you choose the right one for you?

There are a number of questions to ask yourself.  How much can you afford to spend?  How much of your education will be subsidized?  Is the college of your choice one of the best in your field of study?  Will you be taking your courses in class or online?  Do graduates of the college become successful after graduation?  Make sure you answer these questions while looking for your college.

Well, I haven’t been online much over the past week.  The reason for my absence is that I was renovating our main floor bathroom.  It was fugly before!  I think it looks better now.  Here are some before and after shots.  What do you think?  Improvement or not?  Please feel free to comment.

There was definitely a learning curve associated with this renovation.  It was the first time I had changed a toilet and I had to fight with a leak that was difficult to fix.  It was also the first time I have taken on an entire room all at once, painting, plumbing, fixtures, electrical, etc.  I’ve been to Home Depot about 15 times in the past week. 

I think it turned out all right.
