Overture Problems
I think I need my eyesight checked. I need glasses or contact lenses because I can’t believe my eyes.
I got switched over to the new Overture account. My account no longer works! I logged into my old account area, which basically tells me to login to the “new and improved” account area. That login doesn’t work! When I try it, I get a message telling me to call them. So, I click on the tech support link and notify the nice folks about the problem I am having via a web form. I used the web form because I don’t have a lot of time to go making phone calls to sit on hold for an hour.
I get an e-mail from them, telling me to call them to sort out the problem!
Is it just me, or does that sound ridiculous? I didn’t do anything to create the situation. I contacted them to notify them that their “upgrade” was less than stellar and left my account crippled. And, now, in order to fix the problem, I have to call them. The burden is on my to solve the problem that they created.
